Social media has really made a distributing change to the world around us
It has made interacting with someone in really life such a difficult task
Because we are so used to communication being over a screen
Having this in our lives can and is causing cyberbullying, social anxiety,
Depression, isolation and many more side effects
Teens and young adults these days have so much pressure on their backs like school, work
Sports things like that.
But now there is also them feeling the pressure of social media as well they feel that they have to be there 24/7 answering then the second they send them a message or a snapchat or someone updated there Instagram story
This is making young people experiencing depression, anxiety, and sleep deprivation
Over these apps
There are better things to be doing with your time like seeing your friends in real life
On the weekend or weekdays after school
Being present in the moment is better than seeing your friends over a screen
On the other hand, it's also provided many people with problems involving mental health, emotional insecurities, and waste of time.
Researchers have discovered that frequent use of social media causes more than just anxiety. They discovered that excessive internet use can result in depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), impulsive behaviour, mental functioning issues and loneliness.
And Nearly 800,000 people die due to suicide ever year, which is roughly one death every 40 seconds. There is strong evidence that the Internet and social media can have an impact on suicidal behaviour. This Increased the exposure to graphic materials, as well as the potential for cyberbullying. Self-harm and suicide have become more common as a result of cyberbullying in the last ten years so this is again why we need to stop the use of social media
The list of reasons goes on and on about way we should ban social media planforms from kids and young adults
Excessive Internet use may create a heightened level of psychological resulting in little sleep, failure to eat for long periods, and limited physical activity, possibly leading to the user experiencing physical and mental health problems such as depression, OCD, low family relationships and anxiety.

Identity theft is when a cybercriminal gains access to your personal information to steal money or gain other benefits. They can create fake identity documents in your name, get loans and benefits or apply for real identity documents in your name, but with another person's photograph
