There are many students out there that are always stressed or have a big work load
so there are a couple things you can do to help this like doing mindfulness

You can do mindfulness before you go to bed or when you wake up any time of the day is fine just make sure you are relaxed and by your self you can do things like listen to a mindfulness podcast
or write in a book what you are thinking and feeling people ask what are the benefits
well mindfulness has a lot of benefits like mange stress, staying engaged, avoid
behaver problems and decrease anxiety
so doing this very easy things you can a positive and mindful life
